Which numbers we dial
A number reaches our platform only after a check against the US National Do Not Call Registry. Numbers on the registry are not imported. Your inbound leads asked to hear from you, so the registry does not stop that callback; we still run every number through the same check and treat it the same way.
Mobile numbers are allowed after the check, but only dialed by hand and only inside the attempt limits below. If a number turns out to be private, the call ends politely and the number is blocked.
Anyone who says "do not call again", in any words, goes on the block list before the next dial. That block is permanent and applies across every client we work for. No second attempt, no email instead, no text.
Canadian numbers are called only once Signwire is registered with the CRTC's National DNCL operator. Until then, the platform filters them out.
How we dial
By hand, one number at a time. A rep presses a key to start every call. No predictive dialing, no parallel dialing, no auto-dial of any number.
No prerecorded messages of any kind: no voicemail drops, no ringless voicemail, no artificial voice. If a rep leaves a voicemail, they speak it live, in their own voice, once per contact.
No text messages to anyone whose written consent is not recorded in the platform. If we are not sure consent exists, it does not.
The caller ID is a real, answerable number. Nothing is spoofed, nothing is withheld.
When and how often
Calls go out between 9:00 and 20:00 in the time zone of the person called, Monday to Friday. The platform blocks calls outside that window; the rep checks the city and time zone before every dial anyway. No calls on a public holiday of the prospect's state.
Federal law allows 8:00 to 21:00. Florida, Oklahoma, Washington and Oregon allow less, so we apply the narrower window everywhere and nobody has to remember which state is which.
At most 3 call attempts to the same number in any 24 hours, and at most 5 attempts in total. Every dial counts, whether it rings out, hits voicemail or connects. After five attempts without a conversation the contact is retired: one follow-up two weeks later, and that is it.
What we say
Who is calling, and on whose behalf, in the first sentence. Our name, address and website on request, without hesitation. A caller who hides where they are from is the definition of a spam call.
If someone asks "how did you get my number?", they get a straight answer, the link to our privacy notice, and the offer to delete their details on the spot. The request is reported to us the same day and the record is deleted within the legal deadline.
No prices outside the written price sheet. No guarantees of meetings, closes or revenue. No references we do not have. No claims of partnership with any program, company or person. No pressure, no false urgency, nothing negative about competitors. Setters quote nothing; closers quote the sheet and nothing else.
Recording and data
Calls are not recorded by default. If recording is switched on for a client, the person called hears an announcement before they are connected, and the recording stays in the platform. Reps never record with their own phone, an app, a notetaker or a browser extension.
Contact data stays in the platform. No export, no download, no copy into a spreadsheet, a messenger, a phone's contacts or an AI tool. No contact with a prospect through a personal phone, personal email or social media. The platform database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, and the GDPR applies to us and, through their contract, to every rep, wherever they sit.
Every call is logged the moment it ends. The log is our legal record and is kept for five years.
What gets reported
The same day, because legal deadlines start running the moment it happens: any complaint, any mention of a lawyer or a regulator, any request to delete data, any call that connected outside the window or above the attempt limits, any recording a rep did not expect, and any prospect who says they are on the Do Not Call list.
Nobody gets into trouble for reporting a mistake the same day. The trouble starts when it surfaces in a complaint three months later.
Where these rules come from
The values on this page are set in our internal configuration and in the compliance annex of every rep contract. When they change, this page changes with them. Where this page, the annex and the platform ever differ, the strictest rule applies.
